For about an hour after your workout, there's a window of opportunity when your muscles are literally starving for nutrients. An excellent post workout snack is a piece of fruit and a couple of egg whites. I like to put pepper in a baggie of two boiled eggs and I only eat the whites. My tip for the day to you is: THROW THE YOLKS AWAY! Found this in my car from Wednesday. Peeeeee-YEW!!
